Gravity is sometimes a problem when it comes to many a product design, and sometimes the concept of everyone having difference in the way they are built seems to escape inventors. They seem to omit that some ears are a little wider than others, that one person's "snugly" is another person's annoyance, and that a product of this type and the way that it fits simply doesn't work well on a broad base. Such is the case with this. When I first picked these up, I thought that they might work well and I personally liked the idea of covered headphones that sat inside the ear. That would do away with having to insert something inside my ear, I told myself, and would also go away from the audio earmuff and would allow me to have the best of both worlds. So, I jumped on it with glee and thought that the price had to be a mistake. Well, the only mistake was me actually defaulting from what I used the most and going here for two reasons. First, the fit is an issue. I'm not exactly sure who this product was tested on and if the audience was a person(s) with a body(ies) that was perhaps in the below average build, but I do know that they were uncomfortable. They didn't seat exactly right, not allowing me to have the sound envelope I had been hoping for when I went out and picked them up. Instead, it was an ordeal, actually making me give them away because I couldn't stand them. Second, the gravity problem is a serious one, especially when the weight of the cord is handing on something without a base. Sitting still is fine for something like this if you have the proper size to your below-average head, but already having a fit dilemma and then moving around is actually an annoying concept. When the cord is actually allowed to run wild, bouncing to and fro, it manages to put weight on the headphones and to yank on them. So, the blasted things keep jumping out of your ears over and over and over and - you get the picture. Perhaps this is something that simply didn't work for me, with me being spoiled by other brands, and perhaps they'll work for you. They SEEM to have a decent design, the concept looks like it would work, and a person with a tiny head could theoretically use them. I, however, would recommend staying away from them and buying something a little better for your buck.
