Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Panasonic KX-TGA520M Accessory Handset for KX-TG5200M Series Expandable PhonesCustomer Review: Good Phone, Works as designed Summary: 4 StarsWe've had these handsets for about a month now and I can say that they do indeed work as advertised. Overall, we are quite pleased with them. They have an excellent range; they tend to work equally well in the house or outside. They do have some of the quirks that others have mentioned like the fact that any call not answered on the handset is considered a "missed" call but that is just an annoyance more than anything else.
If you already have the base phone, and are looking to add some handsets for the bedroom or garage or whatever, these phones do the job.
Customer Review: Panasonic Phone Summary: 5 StarsThis is an excellent phone and we have been very pleased. The only thing disappointing was that I ordered this one after we had purchssed a base phone and two handsets. Not only had the price increased, but I was not allowed free shipping.
Customer Review: Panasonic does it again( KX-TG5202M ) Summary: 5 StarsLast phone was a Panasonic it endured 11-12 years of daily use.Purchased the KX-TG5200M,for it's features,2 phone set, speaker phone, ect. So far so good.I don't for-see any problems.

Customer Review: Annoying Caller ID Problem and Disappointing Quality Summary: 2 StarsWe bought the KX-TG5210M and the optional extra handset (KX-TGA520M) in Dec. 2004. The display on the option handset quit working in Jan. 2005. Like the other reviewer said, a phone that doesn't work is worthless. In addition, after answering a call on one of the handsets, the other handset (the one I didn't answer) shows a missed call even though I just answered it. This is annoying because you can't keep track of calls you missed because some of the calls shown as missed were actually answered.
Customer Review: Great Phone Summary: 5 StarsThis is a great phone that has great features. Don't listen to the negative hype. There is usually a great rebate offer too. I got 20 bucks and I think they are up to 30 now.
This handheld phone has seven different ringers (on the base unit KX-TG5240M), and can control all the base unit functions. It can also be used to monitor a room (like a baby monitor), check the voice mail, phone to phone conference, multiple (up to 5) conference, and many many more features. If you have multiple handsets, you can use it as a pager for each OR all handsets at a time.
I experience excellent clarity several hundred feet away from the house, and that is through three concrete walls. This model comes equipped with NiMH batteries, which beat the heck out of NiCd in both capacity and long (battery memory free) life, which is a huge bonus, considering how much replacement batteries cost nowadays.
My wife loves the talking caller ID so that see doesn't have to cross the room or even clean her hands while cooking to answer some annoying telemarketer.
Good quality, good clarity, and the longest lasting best batteries!
