Customer Review: Product is OK
Summary: 3 Stars

The mute button is the problem; Since you have to hold it all the time.
Not sure why they did not design it as on/off switch.

Quality is OK. But I do hear some disturbance once in a while, when I connect it to my Panasonic head set.

Customer Review: Does not filter background noise
Summary: 1 Stars

Contrary to the representations made to sell me this headphone set, it does not filter out background noise but, in fact, amplifies it and plays it through the headphone to an annoying and distracting level. Also, the general volume and quality of sound coming throught the headphone was inferior to other headsets I've had. The sound was soft (I had to turn the volume clear up) and the sound was muffled and harder to understand. I sent it back for a refund.

Customer Review: Very Good Headset
Summary: 5 Stars

I have been using this product for five years. I have one on each home phone, and at my office. It makes conversing hands free, has good sound quality, and is convenient for doing other stuff while using the phone. Recommended or given this type headset to my sister, daughter, and several friends.

Customer Review: Great for the price
Summary: 5 Stars

Clear reception, comfortable, and it works well with my GE cordless phone. There just aren't any problems with it. I take it on and off a lot, and so far it has held up fine.

Customer Review: Good at first - but you'll need to buy a bunch
Summary: 3 Stars

Another more techie reviewer pointed out the REASON for a problem i have with this headset -- moving the mouthpiece seems to cause a wire to break. Result: harder to hear the person you're talking to. I DEPEND on my headsets (writer at phone and computer, often interviewing as i type.) This set was better than many I tried and researched ... except that it "goes bad" after a while. (6+ months.) I'm stocking up on SEVERAL now, and when one goes bad eventually, I toss and replace it. Hate having to do that with a product but it DOES work well ... while it works.
