This is the second Panasonic phone /fax machine I've owned. I was satified with its performance and durability. The replacement unit is smaller (that's a good thing) and it looks good too. The remote hand receiver is easy to use and the sound is clear. The instruction manual on the other hand is complex and you have to carefully read it to set up the phone. Over all I'm happy with the product. Customer Review: love it

I love it !!! The fax comes through FAST and clear, for a digital answering system the voices come through VERY clear. Perfect small business machine for the money !
