Customer Review: I'm just sick of Panasonic Phones

This is my second Panasonic phone, the last one I loved but it wore out in due time, so I bought this one to replace it and it wore out TOO SOON. I think it's a year later and just like my first one the sound cuts out at random points in a conversation--I can hear them but they can't hear me for about 15 seconds and in that time they usually hang up. But I've had problems with this phone since I bought it. For starters no shoulder rest clip was included like my previous Panasonic (LOVED the clip). Technical problems such as being in the middle of a conversation and the phone randomly "freaking out": call drops, phone turns off and the screen blacks out until you re-link it to the cradle(happened standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF base, so it's not a distance issue). The biggest thing that gets on my nerves is if you talk too loud (and I'm not taking screaming, I mean even so much as a higher pitched laugh) the earpiece volume SHUTS OFF so you can't hear your own voice until about 15 seconds later. I'll never buy another Panasonic again.
