After using Avaya, our clinic downsized and this phone system was the answer, It works great. The drawbacks are that you cannot listen to messages from the base handset, which means the messages must be played back when no one is in ear shot. The other limitation is despite having multiple mailbox capability, you can only have a mailbox for each phone you purchase. It would have been nice to be able to use a mailbox simply for directions and business hours. Overall, this is a good product.
